Few of us heading into town about half 4 ish for a few drinks, then onto Marys.

What's pre-drinking, do you chill the beers to the perfect temperature by .1 of a degree? do you make sure your glasses are glistening and that every pump is precise and in pristine condition?

Thank you for posting this thread. I just searched for ages. With all te talk of a booze ban 2 miles from city centre to the ground. I cannot work out if that includes city centre or from? Is is ban still on?
We are going in at about 4.30pm usually to the Shambles too.
Micky at the Eastlands bar says he is open all day, so maybe the ban isn't on?

I was thinking that mate! Been wondering what to do all night because of the booze ban, but then people are saying Mary D's, Eastlands Bar and The Townley are open ??
