Did anyone go to the Jamaica friendly at Maine road. Think we drew 1-1. Remember getting a half city have Jamaica scarf.
This was my first ever game, I was 6. Nobody seems to remember it though. I also got a half n half scarf too.

Before 1995 my main memories of city were the constant replays of the 1981 cup final and the fact that they were rubbish basically.
Kinky opened my eyes to city and i started follwoing him and city more and more much to the amazement of my friends. i loved walking around in a city shirt. No-one in wales wore a city shirt. i was different. i was cool (so i thought). but wearing it only brought me constant piss taking. but this made me stronger and made my love stronger. I fell in love with City....i loved kinky......i loved michael brown.......i loved maine road.......i passed my driving test at 21 and in my first car, a 1979 ford Capri i drove all the way to maine road just to be there and sit outside the ground. I never made it to a game there unfortunatley and still havent watched a game at the etihad but this doesnt make me any less of a city fan........ and even though my first season supporting city ended in relegation i just knew that City was where my heart belonged too....

So you can drive up for no reason what so ever, but can't get here for a game?

Rules?
Don't be sarcy...
Just all the time (and it gets boring) many Blues come on here justifying how big of a Blue they are,why they have a devine right to support this club post-takeover and it is fucking arrogant in many cases.
Many Blues I know who have been to more games than I've had hot dinners yet they never talk about how many points they have, how long they've had ST's and all this boastful crap... I'm only aware of this info due to them being members of the Supporters Club.
In general discussion it doesn't come across as being boastful, but creating a whole new topic with these kind of titles, then a few paragraphs of how big of a blue you are and then telling everyone to fuck off.... is arrogance and it stinks.
