Audenshaw is the posh part of the Manchester/Tameside border, next to the shitholes that are droylsden and ashton

Stalybridge was always better though, hills, moors, countryside. :)

Would love to do a year working in antartica at the research camp.

But for permamently settling down would
have to be Koh Samet ornl Koh Chang on Thailands SE coast.

If inland then would be happy living in the dolomites

Obv there's loads of warm exotic places that would be great with those assets, too many to list.
But I can't imagine not going to City, it's the only thing that stops me from emigrating.
So it'd have to be be within an hr of Manchester, a detached house with land, in the countryside. I'll go for Yorkshire.

As long as I could take my grandson, north Wales, right up in the hills/mountains. In small, comfortable and warm farmhouse with loads of land and brilliant views.

Quite happy on the Heald Green / Handforth border . Love the area , but the traffic gets worse as every year passes . This afternoon was horrendous . So most likely end up in the Portpatrick area of Dumfries and Galloway eventually .
