Why hasn't he come out ans berated Adebayor if he believes it?

Why hasn't he come out and berated the Arse 'fans' for the constant booing of his former charge? Not only that, he MUST know of the 'death threats' issued to E.A. on his return!

Why hasn't he said anything yet...?

I'm disappointed in the man.

Wenger is pissed at the Arse fans for driving Ade out and he is absolutely on record about this. It's probably been festering since and yesterday's performance wouldn't have helped.

i thought him not making a big fuss about ade post-match was alright. hard to say the same for van persie.

i think arsene knows that he himself is unsure of ade bearing malicious intent with the alleged stamping. he will post thought out comment soon enough though.

Both Wenger and Hughes claim not to have seen the incident , Wenger saying that he'd like to see the tv replays of it ....... but as at the Swamp the other week Wenger seems intent on saying little about controversial incidents anymore , saying that they just get him into lumber with the powers that be.

This is what I was thinking. He's usually come out with remark by now, but not this time. As Pam says, he likes Manu and must feel a little bit torn as what to say.

It'll be interesting when he does say something...

Absolutely spot on mate, he didn't want Adebayor to leave as he knew he would come back and haunt them and he probably feels vindicated now.

He knows van persie dived in from behind, so if he complains about Ade he's also got to admit to vp's red card challenge

He's probably ashamed about that statement, the one with the provably false assertion (a bit like Spud-head's claim he never dives), and the attempt to get another player shown a red card. I don't think Arsene cleared that statement. Does anyone?
