Which You tubers (if any) do you follow?

Martin Zero also here, though not watched for a bit since he started trying to advertise e bikes instead of his 'day job' ;)

Mark Felton - history buff, esp WWII

Geowizard - geography games and insane missions

The Tim Traveller - Weird facts and places

Tom Scott - As above

Taff in Exile - Plays a lot of WWII sims

ChistopherOdd - Canadian gamer who plays a lot of strategy games like xcom

King Boomer - US reaction channel mostly doing uk comedy series

The Charismatic Voice - opera singer analysing metal and rock tracks

Bedtime Stories & Wartime Stories - supposedly real accounts of cryptids, aliens etc

Also a few that I am subscribed to but actually tend to listen to as podcasts nowadays, like the casual criminalist, decoding the unknown and under the cosh.

Dancing Bacons (Vending machine and food reviews in Asia)
Abroad In Japan (English lad living in Japan)
David Does Tech (Mad Welsh South African tech you tuber)

Question about these Youtubers..... Do they all make a living out of doing these clips or do most have normal day jobs jobs to finance the ' so called lifestyle ' and if so, how is it actually financed ??
Not sure of the specifics, but I think it might supplement your earnings, but people like Jake Paul probably earn mega money from it.

The more subscribers and views, the more advertising revenue, which is fair enough.

Meaningful Money - a Chartered Financial Planner who talks through pensions, savings, investing etc

James Shack - see above

Damien Talks Money - similar to above, but more generally wider economics as well and usually humorous videos. Also a City fan

Just One More Watch - usually cheaper watches from a Scotch bloke in Aussieland. Generally funny although threatens my ability to save and invest...

Electric Vehicle Man - covers electric vehicles and other electric bits e.g. heat pumps, battery storage etc. Done with a Yorkshire perspective and proper dad jeans and t-shirts

Ali Abidaal - briefly a doctor, now a full time YouTuber and productivity person. Some bits are less relevant to someone of my age but some interesting bits

Diary of a CEO - prefer the podcast, and pick and choose the episodes but occasionally it's better to watch than just listen

Economics Explained - does what it says on the tin, but looks at various countries and how their economies work. Watched two from a few years apart about the disaster that's the Argentinian economy which has been interesting with the idiot they've just elected
