Square sausage on toast.

2 slices of square, stick in the george foreman, 2 slices of toast. Put the squares between the slices, add tomato sauce, cut in half and boom. perfecto.

As I am trying to get over yesterday I will have a barm with lots of cheese on it to try and ease the pain not that it will but that is what I will be having
