Makes a change for us to be able to sit down and watch a game where someone else have to win to keep up with us, instead of us playing catch up all the time.
Never before have I looked forward to a North London derby as I have this one, Spurs cannot afford to lose this one. Like people say lets take one game at a time and the next important one is this. If they drop points and we play anything like we can on Sat then we will give ourselves some breathing space.
Is this one of the biggest weeks in our clubs history or what.

Well done yesterday boys and well done to the fans the singing was loud and proud all the game.

IF spuds lose to the Arse it sets us up perfectly for the derby.

Funny how the game just twists and turns. Last Autumn with the Dick van Miffy saga, and Ade's ban, and the behaviour of the Arse fans, they deflected a lot of the MCFC fans' ire from MANUre to Narf Landan. Now we are all Arse fans - at least for ninety mins!

Very much looking forward to Wednesday. We were listening to the FA Cup extra time on the radio on the way home from the match and my Dad and I agreed that Spurs losing a place in the final to relegated Pompey could demoralise them so much that it effectively ends their season. Combine that with United dropping more points giving Arsenal a chance to get ahead of them and become Chelsea's main threat and I'm fully expecting an Arsenal win.

Just a pity it still didn't go to a replay after 90 mins.

never before have i wanted the gunners to win so badly; a) to stop spurs and b) to put the scum only one place ahead of us to show how much the tide is turning

Everyone, including my Spuds fan brother, has agreed that a season that promised so much for Spurs has gone belly up just by losing to Pompey.

Arsenal, Chelsea, United all after each other, can't see them getting a point in any of them games, can see them getting thrashed.

To be honest City and Spurs have the team to beat anyone on thier day. City can win v Utd and Arsenal and Spurs are capable of beating Chelsea and Arsenal (not Utd as even when winning at OT, they seem to get screwed each year somehow).

Be fantastic for a Arsenal win on Weds but they are struggling with injury/form abit also. A draw will probably be best we can hope for.

Sat- We are more than capable of beating Utd, just as they are of beating us. Exactly the same for Spurs v Chelsea.

Come Saturday night, ill be happy still with a 4 point lead over them but dreaming on 7 :)
