What happened to all the Hughes inners on this board?

What happened to wanting stability?

What reputable football directors replaces his manager mid way through a season when they are 6th with a game in hand, in the first semi final for over 30 years, scoring shit loads of goals, lost 2 games all season, and to replace with a man with no premier league experience and poor speaking english. It's an ill advised decision, and i have no idea why everybody on this discussion board is anti-hughes and pro-arabs.

I'm puzzled

I have nothing against the new manager, i'm angry with the directors decision, as are most of the footballing world.
This is aimed at the directors, not the new manager.

How you can all sit there and smile is beyond me.
