Who is faster, Walker or Sane?

Over 100m it's raw power so will go with Walker. If over 200m then I reckon Sane.

Personally I think Walker in a proper race but the only fact available is that Sane has run faster then any other player in Premier League history so surely Sane has to be considered faster?
