that should be in the department of the bleedin obvious in the metro free paper (or whatever it is called)
 
Im not pointing the finger but I'd look at Nixon_the_bike_thief as the main culprit! Just a thought ;-)

Not read the artical but if its the one that goes on about Liverpool being the safest place to lock up your bike (mum is a scouser so she has been barking on about it) then I will say what I told my mum! The reason is all the scousers were in every other town nicking their bikes to not bother nicking their own, you dont shit on your own doorstep do you eh!
