Is it someone who we have overlooked or has went under the radar,doesn’t seem to be any concrete media whispers around one or two players.someone left field perhaps...

That’s true mate,but at this late stage and only 4-5 days left and with pep hinting about another player you would think the media,would have at least some inkling who we might move for or as I posted is it someone completely left field ..There were no media whispers at all, for Bernado.

To be fair the media are clueless if they are not spoon fed info by clubs or agents.
Who now then? ...good question.
We know Fern needs assistance and we probably need a specialist in this position to share the load.
But to be honest, I’m hoping that if we do get someone in it’ll be the last signing for some time as there seems so much promise in the CFA that our youngsters are the next logical step to fill the gaps.
I have to own up to knowing too much with the kids but I would really love to see us growing our own and their graduation to the 1st team.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m old school with shoulders like Charles Atlas and have seen all the false dawns and the dark nights trekking back from god knows where so, yeah it’s been great to see us use our financial muscle and bask in our recent glory, but it would be so sweet to see Capt. Foden lifting the CL trophy in 5 or 6 years! For me it’s the next step, but tbh how good is this to be a Blue right now?
