Given shouldn't be going, I agree we should look for a more aerially dominant keeper, as this is more important in the Premiership but he's still a good keeper.

As for Richards, why the hell do you want to get rid of him? i thought he played pretty well last night, won plenty of headers and he's only 21, he's a great prospect.

any defense can only go into crisis with him

Why stop there? Get rid of the whole team, the manager, the owners, anyone that any of the above knows. Get rid of the ball-boys'/girls, the groundsmen, people that work in the ticket office/turnstiles/City store. I know, while we're at it, convert the pitch into a bowling green and totally give up.
