Who should be the next leader of the Tory party?

Good post
I cannot argue with the majority of what you say.
It’s fear of the alternatives to the Tories and not knowing what you will get with a Labour Government particularly with wage demands hat will frighten a lot off from voting Labour.
There isn’t a credible opposition at the moment.
Man United’s Board would get my vote ahead of this fucking government, mate. Your thinly veiled whataboutery makes me sick.

Yep me too. I work for a large pharmaceutical and retail company. If I compare what I get paid at my level and compare that to either those the level below or the level above, the disparity is far bigger than it should be. Ideally, I’d like that to be dealt with by reducing the discrepency in pay in the first place but failing that, through greater progressive tax.

Given the state we’re currently in, I’d probably go more drastic than that on the really high earners. It’s not as if we haven’t done it before in times of economic crisis and it wasn’t considered left wing when we did it then.
The really high earners don’t earn enough to pay for the wish list of many on here, there are just not enough of them.
The super rich are welcomed anywhere in the world they will just take flight or defer income until a more friendly government is back in power

Rather than show bitterness and making it personal, why don’t you give a sensible answer.
If I make you sick why bother answering is it just to get a tick off a fellow crony, does that make you feel better.
Brings nothing to the debate.

Well if they didn’t vote Corbin that only realistically left Tory and for most on here it would be over my dead body.

Eh? No it didn’t, the conservatives got 42% of the vote. The majority didn’t vote for them and clearly enough didn’t vote for Labour either.

So you genuinely think the disparity of wealth we’ve currently got is ok?

If they really feel like that, let them go, others always take their place. The Scandinavian countries being a prime example.

I am afraid that’s how it works.
They got even less if you count those who could be arsed voting but are first to moan when things don’t go to plan
