Many centuries ago when I was Lickle, we used to go to the park, sometimes there would be twenty of us kicking a ball about in the pitch black. Pick sides , coats for goal posts, over the bar that,lying bastard, missed by a mile, penalty , it was outside, handball, never touched it.
