Top 4 is probably a lock.

City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea. Squads are just too good not to be top 4.

But top 5?

Could be any of Spurs, Villa, Newcastle, Man U and Bournemouth imo. Palace an outsider.

My shout is Villa
I suspect Newcastle will finish outside European places and Eddie in a new job next season

Too presumptious at this stage. They're the 4 best squads but injuries can destroy a season for any of those sides, arsenal are probably the only ones who have the squad to cope with mass injuries, their shit stoke tactics don't rely much on individuals.

Palace have been great but they have a paper thin squad and europe for the first time, you have to anticipate that heavily impacting them soon. I dont think villa have bought well at all and they havent resolved their ongoing wage bill issue thats going to see them having to sell again to comply with PSR. Newcastle have strengthened their squad but they've also got Europe too and they seem to have a lot of injury prone players so i expect them to struggle with injuries again. Spurs I think have a much stronger squad than many recognise. If they settle in under Frank. They could be a force. I'd edge towards spurs just over Newcastle right now even though I think Newcastle are the 5th best squad.

I certainly wouldn't describe Chelsea as a 'lock-in.' In fact I'd much rather be on Tottenham at 9/2, than Chelsea at odds on.

If United can half get their act together, they could have a huge advantage in the second half of the season as well. While City, Arsenal and Liverpool, could potentially have another 55 games to play this season. United will only play between 31 and 36 more games and will have a full week's rest and preparation between virtually all of them.
