That would be my 11 of choice but from the more likely to be selected I would use Dier as a CB instead of Lascelles, with Henderson & Delph to replace Dier and Shelvey in midfield.

Stones and Maguire, because we don't have David De Gea in net to save all the chances Smalling and Jones gift the opposition. We have Jordan Pickford, who specialises in not saving shots when his teams defence lets him down, yet avoiding all the blame.

I imagine we'll actually play that back 3 tbh with Walker alongside Stones and Maguire

Looks very much like Walker is going to be used as a centre back.

Great to see Fab has made it into the squad.

Less impressed that Wellshit and Ashley Young are in the squad. I'd have taken Jonjo Shelvey and Phil Foden i.e. more midfielders and one less defender and striker.
