Why are England so toothless as an international team?

Yep there was the whole episode of Mr Busy **** trying to call a players strike because his mate Slobberchops had been banned for swerving his drug test

Lost on penalties twice including being down to ten men in 06.

But that doesnt take away from the fact that in 02 04 and 06 England underperformed considering the squad they had. The only game I remember in any of those tournaments where England played well was in 04 vs Croatia 4-2

Sven and those teams should of done a lot better but interference from The FA and players put paid to that

Everton - Pickford
Man City - Walker
Aston Villa - Mings
Man City - Stones
Man Utd - Shaw
West Ham - Rice
Leeds - Phillips
Man City - Sterling
Chelsea - Mount
Man City - Foden
Spurs soon to be Man City - Kane

Henderson injured maguire injured rashford carrying an injury,at least the young lad greenwood had the decency to pull out due to injury or he would have been in as well..

Agreed but that still makes Sven the best manager of the last 205 years
