Why are humans the only species to need clothes ?

That fact we need clothes means we can adapt to every environment and aren't stuck with only being able to survive in one habitat.

There's quite a few that need them, they just don't know how to make them. Baboons for example, really should cover their arses. No one wants to see that.

Define 1000s? Takes a long time to evolve. They have only been around about 5000 years through migration so it's not a long enough timescale to change. And now with clothes they never will need too.
