Because I'm often able to have my bar tab written off by outwitting people using three cups and a bottle cap.

I don't get it, do you put the bottle cap back on an empty bottle or something, and why the 3 cups ?

Mines after a canal boat I used to own. People would look at the boat name from the tow path as I was sailing along with a drink in my hand and the brighter ones would work out the connection. The dim ones would say derr why is it called that

That is interesting because mine comes from a canal boat as well. Years ago I started to do a newsletter for the newly formed Baguley and Brooklands supporters Club and I needed a name for it. I saw a narrow boat on the canal in Sale and the rest as they say is history. I still use it for everything and I believe B&B still use it.
