Why doesn't Adam Johnson start EVERY game?

Saved us the game.

Looked like a threat every time he got the ball. Nobody in the world, not even the most biased of men, can say after watching that game that we didn't at least deserve the draw.

If we'd have taken a few of those great chances we had in the second half, we'd have been home and dry by 80 minutes in.

and another thing RSC is fucking dire, thats all.
 
Only Mancini knows I'm afraid. SWP couldn't lace his boots at the moment.
 
Maybe Mancini thinks he has too much creativity and actually takes people on so he'd ruin our snail tempo start to games where we have to be dog shit and concede to actually be up for a game.
 
The lad should have been on at halftime. Why did Bobby Manc leave it so late? He is a mackam so would ran his hart out just to show he's a man in his home town. Kiddo should have said as much to the Boss!
 
To be fair to the manager, he was poor against Chelsea, so I wasn't overly surprised to see him on the bench today. Played very well when he came on so I expect him to start the next game. This is how it should be really.
 
There's not much between him and SWP and I thought it was fair enough of Mancini to give SWP the chance to prove that he's worth the contract he's asking for today. Unfortunately billy big bollocks blew his opportunity completely
 
I love this kid. Very exciting young player who shows flashes of absolute brillance and is, in my opinion, more consistent then he gets credit for in this thread. Would love to see him in blue for many more years. He strikes me as a player who, in a year or two, can play well in the CL. I don't think SWP could.......

Last week Johnno had a bit of a stinker at Chelsea, SWP came on and ran them ragged, then had a good game for England, Mancio made the right decision to go out there and let him prove himself. Shauny bottled it and AJ stepped up to the plate. AJ to start next game for me, good bit of management by Mancio IMO.
