Why has Hughes mellowed?

At Blackburn the players looked like they better play well or they would get the arses kicked.
Comes to City and players seem to be running rings around him, WHY?
My mum always loved dickov, even though I said he was shite.

And to prove a point look at Michah before he was in the england squad great for us but since he has been linked to every major club in the world he has become so unreliable his nickname should be austin allegro.

It seems to me that the main problem is that Hughes has NOT mellowed enough, hence leaving players waiting outside his door for two hours, the austere training regime and regularly imposed fines. He needs to act more like a DAD to his young players than a headmaster in my view.
