It's Pellegrini - "THe Master Demotivor."
Reminds me of the cheeky wag who monikered Txiki as "The Great Underminer" or something like that after he yarded Mancini.

Kolorov, otamendi, mangala, demichelis, delph, Fernando, sterling, kelechi, bony, clichy, sagna and zabaleta are not world class. Silva, kompany, de bruyne and Sergio are and all 4 have been fucked with injury. Hart is arguably world class and the only one who has been fit for the majority of season.I respect your opinion.
But at the same time I couldn't disagree more.
All of our players are - FUCKING WORLD CLASS!
We're not performing well, because, we're mailing it in. We aren't motivated. We're simply showing up for a job.
Whose fault is that?
It's Pellegrini - "THe Master Demotivor."
So you are suggesting that he isn't just not providing the necessary motivation he is actually, by some means or other, actively demotivating the players?
====================
It's lack of motivation from the manager.
Moreover - it's demotivation.
This is why Pellers - for me - is The Master Demotivator.

There's no chance that his would hapen under Pep.. or Mourinho, or SAF (er, Bacon-face), or, ... well, and decent manager.
Yup - you've got me there - maybe I'm too enthusiastic about our squad.Kolorov, otamendi, mangala, demichelis, delph, Fernando, sterling, kelechi, bony, clichy, sagna and zabaleta are not world class. The gap between us and Europe's elite is pretty wide when it comes to the "filler" in our squad
Hart is world class there's nothing to argue about it... You can add Fernandinho to that list... Zaba might not have been this season but that would be a little unfair after he's been the best right back in the league for so long to say he's not after one off season due to injuries(I know he's getting older but he's not "that" old). Sterling and Otamendi will be considered world class very soon if they aren't already... also a question for some would be did Ozil stop being world class in his first season at Arsenal? Hint answer is no, Otamendi was one of the best Central Defenders in La Liga(rated world class in spain and in his own country but we know better...), Sterling remains the most promising young English attacking midfielders on offer.Kolorov, otamendi, mangala, demichelis, delph, Fernando, sterling, kelechi, bony, clichy, sagna and zabaleta are not world class. I know the dippers can be annoying and bloody deluded when it comes to rating their own players but I'd rather have us do that than some of the shit our fans come out with which would have nothing but a negative impact if a player heard it, there's constructive criticism and there's just plain writing a player off at the drop of a hat. I just hope any players low on confidence have the sense to ignore most of it, we're certainly not a confidence inspiring lot on the whole these days(getting like real madrid fans), whoever comes in will have to be self assured from now on(including Pep I can see it happening... so called blues regurgitating rag/dipper soundbites all over again) because it's a pattern that keeps repeating... "but but I pay for a ticket/shirt so I don't have to support/believe in our players" *smh*
LOL - good point.Just made a fool of yourself there; did you really mean to say there is "no chance" of Mourinho demotivating his players?.
Evidently we are not better than the three teams above us at the moment.Yup - you've got me there - maybe I'm too enthusiastic about our squad.
Nonetheless I think you'll agree that, on paper at least, we're far better than:
Leicester
Spurs
United
ManU
and better by a bit than
Arsenal (but they always finish 3rd)
and a slightly bit better than
Chelsea (but they've self-destructed)
There's no way - in spite of injuries - that we should be struggling for a top 4 finish.
We should be top 2 at least and favorites to win the league.
