Why we will win the league!

I dont think Klopp has the bandwidth nor the options to rest players, especially in attack and defense. For him there still are 6 games in the campaign and he will play the best 11 for all six, the rotation if any might come in the midfield; no ways I see Klopp resting players keeping Barca in mind.. tbh, Wolves home is our toughest fixture..
boys might get something like a win from New Caste, similarly, United is a fixture which would let you guys enhance your goal difference, your tricky fixtures are the ones remaining, 2 Away and 1 home.. and OT will not moan if united is 2 goals down in first 20 minutes, if anything they will boo hard if united score first..

We have conceded 3 goals in last 10 league games. Spurs created numerous chances saturday but didnt take any so i think your post above is a bit of an overreaction to the champions lge exit. I still think 3 wins and a draw will do it as they will struggle at newcastle with that game coming inbetween the barca games. And dont believe the rafa will roll over for them he is not the 11 players on the pitch.

Newcastle fans will be well up for it. I think some people forget Liverpool blew their title chances in 96.

I think the rag players wont be as bothered as the fans who wins the league
And some of the fans might change their mind once the game starts bit like when City beat Leeds in 92 lots didn't mind a Leeds win but were all behind the Blues once the game started

Mind games.

Klopp taking shots at the rags now trying to spur them on by saying it doesn’t look like the rags can influence the derby.

Of course the CL will play a huge role. Barca will be resting Messi and Co as La liga is nearly secured. These games will take a lot out of them, ideally Barca beat them at home something like 2-0 and then knock them out at Anfield.

I’m interested to see how Klopp will rotate in these games. Probably he’ll rest one of the front 3 vs Newcastle.
It may depend on how we do against the rags. If we beat them then Klopp may decide that he has more chance of a trophy if he puts more eggs in the CL basket.

Regarding the derby I don’t agree about the Rags reaction. They’re playing shit at the moment and any win will do for them - I think that is more important than who wins the league. The players in particular will not care about rivalry. If this was mid season it might be different.

Why Liverpool won't win the league:

"They dared to dream of an historic double but the brave heroes in red were cruelly denied their chance by team after team laying down to Peps blue mercenaries. A gruelling run deep into the latter stages of the champions league finally saw the plucky underdog warriors defeated by veterans of the Dr Cugat school of medicine. The Strike Force Three, ably supported by Virgil Van Colossus, defeated all before them, winning point after point, heart after heart, writing myth and legend before coming short to the stark reality of cold hard economics. Whilst Klopps brave heroes fought for the salt of the earth citizens of L4 they were ultimately overwhelmed by the ruling elite of a nation state that counts slavery and terrorism as national pastimes. Against such overwhelming odds Klopp and his band of merry men endured to the last with true grit and determination, only rocks and bottles as a defence to the tactical fouling of Thugandinho who didn't even get a yellow card. Nevertheless with good humour, and supported by the proceeds of the Coutinho sale, Klopp and his real men (with the honest endeavour of James Milner, creative talisman Jordan Henderson and freestanding Mohammed 'Mo' Salah) have vowed to go again and do it, not for the vain and obvious attempts of glory like titles, but for the fans, the people. This is a battle for the soul of the game that everyone except for those not turning up at the Etihad dreams that will only have one winner - justice."

Now I sit back and await job offers from all the media outlets

A game I remember well! A muted response to the first goal followed by a sod it let’s just celebrate after that, united went on to mess the league up after so it was win win in the end.

When the teams were announced yesterday for the Cardiff game I’m still astonished that Klopp is able at this stage of the season to pick his best eleven. Other than the odd suspension or small injury these key players have always been available. This may be because you’re not in the domestic cups but with your “Blitzkrieg” style of play I’m surprised that their high intensity play doesn’t lead to the odd injury. Or is it down to luck?

Haha made me laugh

I remember about 30 years ago when Man Utd were still to win their first title under Ferguson (I might be wrong about that, but it was many moons ago), Leeds Utd and Man Utd were vying for the title, and it was end of season and they came to Maine Rd. City then were a struggling side. Weaker than Everton now. We absolutely blitzed Leeds 4-0 loved it, and then walked out of Maine Rd thinking my God what have we done.

When the game begins Utd will just want to win and this will be a very difficult game for City. We may lose.

I think Liverpool's toughest game is at Newcastle. That fixture has history.

Rafa will be running on the pitch and putting it in the net himself it comes to it, not a chance they are going to be going out of their way to do us a favour. We just have to deal with our own games, I can't even look at any of their games and think what if.

Just thinking about that penalty miss against Liverpool. We would be sitting alot more comfortable now

Rafa maybe but Newcastle fans have had to watch that image of Keegan slumping in the dugout of Anfield even more often than we have had to watch Ricky Villa's goal.

Rafa will know what it means to Newcastle Utd

All we can do is our best, and it ends at Wembley. How good is that?!
