Apparently recovering after an operation for pancreatic cancer was successful, this, after being told he had 'months' to live.
Great news for a change, Dr Feelgood were one of my favourite bands, we'll now get to hear more from this great guitarist.
 
So this is an almost but not quite RIP thread then?

Can someone post the video of Dr Feelgood playing "Going Back Home".

Fucking awesome.
 
I remember reading about him getting the cancer and that he refused all treatments and just wanted to die naturally. They gave him months to live.

I'd assumed he had died in the meantime, so good news to read he's still with us.

Seen it.

Highly recommend it - it did very well to capture the 1970s.
