Will a City player win the Ballon D'or in next 2 years?

I will say no, not because the players aren't capable of raising their game further.

It's because of the odds stacked against us in other areas of the game such as FFP.

I know UEFA and FIFA are two entirely different things, but the cynic within me says that they all piss in the same pot, and have the same diatribe about our club whether behind closed doors or out in the open.

If they don't want our club to compete at a high European level, it's unlikely players would be recognised for achieving and maintaining a high level of form.

Resistance is futile. Kevin de Bruyne and Bernardo Silva wear the shirt of Manchester City, and there's nothing they can do about it. In fact the more they try, the more motivated we become. Align will with natural genius, nothing can stop you, and nothing will.

One issue, is that within our team, is that 4/5 world class players, tend to share the top "billing".

Game by game, different players will take the headline,so anyone players season star billing is

diluted. For example Hazard @ Chelsea is prime example of the opposite situation. However,

other teams may have x1 or x2 players hoovering up most of the global acclaim for their team,

eg Messi, Ronaldo, Salah/vanDyke, Mbappe/Neymar etc. In addition, thankfully, in my opinion,

majority of our world class players tend to just get the job done and dont need/want or enjoy

maybe, all the media hype, so again their performances are under reported. Add into the mix

other posters agenda theories, yes, even oil tankers eventually turn around, but even if sterling

dribbled past van dyke x3 times in next years CL Final to score a hatrick and City won 5 nil to

secure PL and CL double I'm sure there would be a way to ensure Pogba at Real /Juve would

deserve it more than Sterling or an other City player.

a manchester city player got no chance of winning the bbc one man and his dog award ??? never mind than anything to do with awards from fifa or uefa

am in the camp of ?? if you can look at yourself in the mirror and say i did my best for manchester city and give everything possible then that's good enough for me, and the awards are for them who need to be loved and think football owns them something ?? and not just for turning up and getting well paid to play football, but for other things like the media twitter or tv and lifestyles
