nothing to do with him nearly "kiliing" RVP in yesterdays game but Ive watched him in a few games this season and he seems a really good player...maybe not a great footballing centre half but defensively he seems very good and gets in lot of block and puts his body on the line.....

i know we aiont short of centre half cover but does anyone reckon he would make a good buy (for us or any of the top flight teams?)

He was a lot better last Season apparently. A very good player and if we had got him at the start of this journey the day after the takeover then fine.

He isn't good enough for us now by a long way.

Williams is a very solid defender.

Not a Mancini type though.

agree as i dpont think he is comfortable enough with the ball at his feet......

a very solid defender though

Williams is very comfortable with the ball from what I have seen, did he not make more passes than Yaya last year and they werent all 5-10yrds. A solid defender also.

I rate him but we will be best off moulding Nastasic further.

Good defender, very disciplined and rarely makes a rash challenge. Reasonable with the ball, as expected and I rate him highly. Not better than any of our center backs though.

He is actually very decent with the ball at his feet, but if you watch him a lot (as someone who regularly watches both Swansea and Wales) he is a little accident prone. Not good enough for us, and can't see him ever leaving Swansea to be fair anyway, he is a hero there
