Winning the Europa Cup

We'd get at least 10 points by reaching and winning the final.

I'd be very surprised if we missed out on the second pot after that.

Anyone got a link to how you get points? If it is just for a win, assuming we win every game, that's 7 games x 2 points = 14 points plus 3 bonus points for reaching quarters, semis and final. 17 points would at th moment take us to 19th and above villareal, so in theory we'd get pot 3

Thats correct, our country co-efficient will also increase in that time as well but not by much.

Even if we are 19th (PSV and Schalke could improve their scores above us as well) we can assume a few sides above us won't qualify for Champions League next season.

There was a thread on here last week saying we could possibly sneak into pot 2 just by getting to the quarters (assuming other teams above us in the rankings don't qualify), so I'd imagine we'd be a shoo-in if we actually won it.

I just want to see us lift another cup this year (as well as win s one thing we have never won) and in the process keep the Rags trophyless or even better get them claiming the charity shield is a big comp!
