Can anyone tell me how to compress a file to the smallest possible size, using winRAR?
I've tried it and the original file is 508mb and when I compress it it still comes out the same size? I've adjusted the settings prior to compression including setting the compression rate to 'best' but still no luck!
Any ideas would be welcomed
