I guess I am a little excited and can’t wait for this game, so I thought it is about time to start this thread.

I have a feeling that our team, with Nick Cushing in charge, will have a blast and win this game, as they did in 2014 when they defeated Arsenal (the winners of the WLC the prior 3 years) and won their first trophy ever as a professional team. Nick was also our coach at that time.

I'm heading down tomorrow and looking forward to it. Still make Chelsea favourites but the change in manager might throw an element of surprise in there. We should also take heart in the fact Chelsea haven't been overly convincing in their last few fames (albeit still grinding out results).

First of four straight defeats?
:) Hope so, but I can't see it. I don't think we've ever beaten City four times in a row, not even in that time when it seemed like half your squad was injured for the first two to three months of the season. Of course I hope, but I don't believe, that it will go that way this time.

Enjoy the game.

Can't see that but I feel like the games where we get an ok outcome will harm Chelsea least. We could end up drawing in the league, lose in the cup and maybe get a narrow win in one of the European games but a hammering in the other.

Is the game going to be televised around the etihad today? Might get there early if it is.
