WLC F - Chelsea (N) - KO 12:15 - BBC1

How is Millie Bright a professional footballer, never mind an England International.

Playing really well until we get near the box - then it all goes to shit. Wide open at the back whenever Chelsea do rarely venture forward.

Jess Park should be playing. The pitch is shit and doesn't suit either team - will probably go on to lose 2-0 sadly. I'm off to the Emptihad

Go on then.
Go on then what? I don’t know what the stats are this season, last season, previous season to that are, but she is by miles our top scorer, I would assume the leagues top scorer, but yeah let’s take her off in the first half of a cup final we are one nil down in. Absolute fucking genius suggestion, then

It was as dumb as suggestion as you can get!

All the Chelsea defenders are, literally, throwing themselves around Shaw or trying to take her out!!

There is a lot to like about the way we are moving the ball forward. Chelsea just have belief they can block anything but we need to keep getting at them down the flanks. Aoba and Mary are real threats and one will fall for us.

Worry for me is how poor Laia is playing again, she really seems to have lost pace - last year she would not have been so caught out of position - I know Ramirez is quite fast but she left her for dead when breaking.

For the future we really need a top midfielder - I was hoping Jill would be that player but she really is being too cautious and seems reluctant to make a tackle - I guess the injury has cast doubt in her mind.

I still think we can win this as both of their fullbacks look vulnerable.

I'm going for Roord & Fowler goals and it's just a case if we don't make stupid errors at the back. Positive signs under Cushing though.

Oh and which bright spark decided playing on this cow field was a good idea!

I'm liking what I've seen, so far, in the attack.

This game is a free hit and I think Cushing is using it as an assessment of Chelsea's game play and counteract as the team goes forward.

The attack looks more up for it, but the defence needs addressing for sure.

I'm liking the willingness for team press in the final two thirds that's forcing turnover. It's just converting now.

Chelsea only have "parking the bus", counterattack and no game control.

How about you explain who's going to replace the top scorer in the league, that's on the bench?
All I've seen her do today, is stroll about like she's on Blackpool promenade, and fall over when someone puts in a challenge. It's pretty sad the only reason she stays on the pitch is because there's no replacement. Hopefully, she pulls her finger out and bangs in a hattrick.
