Don't worry, I know the permutations! What I mean is that if we win tonight we have an advantage of at least four goals. If we did lose at West Ham we would almost certainly maintain a good advantage going into a final game "shootout" type scenario.
Depends on whether Liverpool bang a load in against Saints though which is entirely possible. I think we need at least 4 points from these next 2 games to try and reduce the chances of it going down to GD on the final day. Ideally we get 6 points from these 2 games though!

Wolves had a good result at Chelsea on Saturday but I wasn't aware how poor their recent form has been. They got dicked 3-0 at home to Brighton in the previous game. I've just watched brief highlights of that one and although we know Brighton can give anyone a game on their day, Wolves were totally outplayed on their own patch and not many teams have done that to them this season which would indicate that they're not doing things anywhere near as well as they were earlier in the season. I don't think there's any excuse for us to not get over the line this evening but that doesn't stop me being nervous as fuck!

Yep, we absolutely need to win tonight.

As Pep says, win tonight, and it guarantees taking it to the final game at the Etihad.

Lose or draw, and we face a team on Sunday superior to Wolves, with the carrot of finishing sixth and the difference between Europa and Conference League football.

West Ham final home game, Noble goodbye, someone like Antonio playing high up against Fern, them having a whole week to prepare.

Last thing we want is to be chasing the points on Sunday.

Fact is, Wolves is where we can put one hand on the title and afford us one slip elsewhere.

Goal difference may yet be needed as Liverpool will know what they need after this weekend.
Isn't antonio injured?

I’m nervous because of the “unknowns” like VAR and the Ref’s script but we are better then them, have the motivation and know that this is must win!!

Cream rises…. City win

Our game will be refereed differently that's for sure. Atwell got the memo on Sunday and Moss followed his orders yesterday.
Imagine how confident Liverpool players must feel going into every game knowing that no matter how many times you rake your studs down opponent legs elbow them push and pull them nothing will happen. Well not until around the 75th minute when the ref will blow for a few so not to make it too obvious how bent it is!

despite missing players we should not have a problem tonight i'd have been more worried if we had 4 or more forwards out, keep the ball as we do and we wont have a problem, im going 1-3,,now off to work so ''''COME ON CITY''''

What are peoples plans for parking tonight? Did look at Birch Park Rd but think it shuts at 1900/1930! Anybody else got any plans/ideas?
