Also, in 18 PL games in charge Lop has won 6 points against France. Lop's first game was Boxing Day away to Frank Lampard's Everton which we won 2-1 then the other week we beat Frank Lampard's Chelsea 1-0 at Molineux

Wolves have a very good squad and a great manager. Once of Real Madrid and Spain of course. You don't get those jobs for nothing.

Realistically we shouldn't have been getting a manager of his calibre in given the position we were in pre-World Cup but Lop has a longstanding connection to our owners Fosun, he was their original choice to be our new manager when they bought the club and had been working with them behind the scenes formulating his plans and strategy but then on the day Fosun took over Lop was offered the Spain job and couldn't turn it down so we ended up with Walter Zenga instead!

Another weird stat - Fosun have now appointed 3 former keepers as managers: Zenga, Nuno and Lopetegui!
