I saw this on the news,the surgeon who plays the violin was chuckling at her bad playing

I've seen patients talking,singing,answering question about shapes and colours on card,it really is incredible,they are under general when the have their head opened then woken up,i can't understand why they don't panic as they can't have to much sedation
