I'm just happy we're making lots of chances. Better to be making chances and missing some than not making chances

Just tried to get Everton away, sold out already. We were only allocated 200 seats so not a surprise. Shame they didn’t make it a Goodison game.

Are you sure those tickets are for seats? They didn't allocate us (Chelsea) any last time we were at Walton Hall Park. It was standing only on that patch of grass behind the goal. The one person among us who really needed a seat was able to sit in the stand but that was just an informal arrangement on the day.

Thanks for that, not been there before. I’ll have another look, but it just said we had been allocated 200. Maybe I’ve misunderstood. Hopefully can get in with the home supporters if need be.
Edit. No that allocation was for 200 standing.
It's usually not an issue to just rock up in the home end and at these games and you can generally wear your team colours too if you want.
I know Everton have a lot of issues, but they really need to do better for women's football by finding a proper, decent venue for their matches.

Chloe Kelly has withdrawn from the England senior women's squad to face Switzerland on Tuesday.

I watched the England v USA match and she definitely took a hard challenge that shook her up. For those who didn't see the match, near the end Chloe clattered Krueger. Once Krueger collected herself Chloe went and shook her hand.
Probably less than 30 seconds later Kruger went flying airborne into Kelly knocking her down. It certainly appeared to be a "get back" type of challenge. It took Chloe a while to get up and she was definitely shaken. The match ended with Kelly bent over, hands on her knees.

Laura Blindkilde Brown & Jess Park both start in a much changed England team for tonight's friendly against Switzerland. Jess is the only player to retain her place from Saturday's game against USA. Presumably Chloe Kelly or Fran Kirby would've been in instead but due to injury didn't make it to this game.
Debut for Ruby Mace as well and another chance to impress for Esme Morgan.

Professional contracts have been given to 2 academy graduates after they have both broken through into the first team this season. Congratulations to Lily Murphy and Codie Thomas.

Today is a formality of a fixture but have MCWFC bought into formalities. If we don't get a resounding win I expect GT will turn meteological expert and focus on the weather being a more dangerous opponent than the Vixens.
