One could easily entertain that thought, yes.

I didn't know there was a salary cap in ladies football.
Surely this is against European competition rules and also discriminates against women!

Ironic really as the mens international team seems to have nicked the blueprint of the ladies one.

The FA only pay lip service to the game over here. Could you imagine if they gave the rights to ITV or another free to air channel to build up the media development side. Regular Sunday live matches on terrestrial tv would raise the profile through the roof.

The FA is an corrupt, old man's club that needs to revolutionise from top to bottom.

Shame about Izzy leaving. Did just see that Bronze is up for FIFA Women's player of the year, along with about five or six Lyon teammates.

Maybe the F.A dont want Womens Football to go the way of mens. If there is a cap, you'll play for the team where you might win stuff, if they want you. Or your local team. Or the team that plays your style etc. Lots of choices for lots of reasons. Mens football, reason-money. ( not 100%, but it influences most). The women will move in England for better reasons.
