For me the biggest impact on attendances has been the move to a winter season, the Academy stadium is an exposed, bleak place on a cold and wet November day, far more so than the main stadium.

Definitely. I was much more likely to wander up in summer. I fear people will get footballed out if they have too many of these double headers.
 
So be like a neutral ground seeing our women's team never played there extra pressure for them shit choice.
Beat Everton there some seasons back (when the women played at the Athletic stadium)
 
I wonder if its been a bit forced on us, because they want to hype it up more because of the Women's World Cup ?

Totally random fixtures having City v United and Chelsea v Spurs derby for first games.
There's nothing random about those two fixtures FOR SURE.
