This commentary is even more anti City than normal, since the first goal he's been saying how an everton goal will throw it wide open, then after the third, everton suddenly became "makeshift". He's found every possible negative to throw at City.

Good half that, Caroline Weir has been superb, how she's been struggling to get a game I've no idea.

We are just the easy target for the commentators in every form of our football.

We have seriously upset the status quo and their minions are instructed to deliver the pathetic narrative at every opportinity . Their hurt is great to witness so fuck them.

I noticed an article on the BBC earlier in the week making a big thing about Spurs women being able to use the men's training facilities full time. It was hardly novel, City started that some years ago.

Only started watching 30 mins in, but impressed by us. Weir’s drive and creativity especially, but also the aggression of Lavelle. I like Beckie too.

It is pathetic really.

A good win, 3-0, controlled the second half, and probably should have scored a couple more, it wasn't as easy as the scoreline suggests, Everton certainly carried a threat, but a lot of players didn't start ahead of the Champions League game in midweek.

Sounds like Lavelle has an injury though.

Certainly looked like she tweaked her knee overstretching in the tackle, was surprised she came back on tbh

Yeah, a questionable management decision that, wasn’t it?
Maybe she thought she was OK to come back ?

I don't get all the negativity towards Taylor, it's not yet justified, he's had a tough start, with quite a few new players plus injuries, today was fine, he rotated the squad, won away (their first home defeat), and they looked comfortable doing so.

No, agreed, I really enjoyed watching us play today (missed first half hour). When I said questionable, that’s what I meant, as in genuinely open to question, not necessarily negative, though I accept when people write that it’s generally what they mean.
What I’m trying to get across is, it’s certainly something the coaching team can be legitimately questioned on after the match.

The point about any player saying themselves they are fit to carry on after after an injury (if that was what happened here), is another one where I think views are changing and perhaps ought to change. It’s a live issue more widely with the sporting head injury situation, but I think it should be questioned about other injuries, and putting too much store by the players wishes ‘in the moment’ and certainly with our depth of squad in this match, I don’t think we should have chanced it... but if the coaching team were asked about it and can justify it, then fair enough.
