Its very much a shame she is leaving. She represents us off the pitch brilliantly as well. I wish her all the luck in the world at her new club.

Mark Hughes of the womens team, in his comfort zone. Players he don't know how to manage despite ability he just benches.

Yeah, I think Rose was one of those players who would attempt stuff off the cuff, most times a joy to watch, but I think GT wants a team full of, er, more 'disciplined' players who stick with the 'instructions'!

There’s a big friend group that seem close: Janine Beckie, Ellie Roebuck, Alex Greenwood and Caroline Weir. They all have their boyfriends and Zach is part of that big friend group. With them both being American I’m guessing they are very close mates.

Why? She was born there and grew up there. In fact, I don’t think she’s ever even lived in Canada. I don’t think she’d mind me calling her American for the purpose of the last convo.

I suspect the Portland deal has been done for some time and everyone knew she was off before the end of the season. I'm not sure her lack of playing time was down to the pending move or Taylor, maybe a bit of both. Sad to see her go she's a good little player and a great squad member. Certainly wish her well and her leaving message was a nice touch.

However Chloe is nearly ready and may even get some minutes this weekend. If she's up to speed and her old self, a great asset in the run in. Plenty of fullbacks will be shitting themselves at the prospect.
