Can he get it back ? Presumably anyone with insurance a driving licence and a letter of authority can just turn up at the pound, pay the fee and drive away in it.

I'd hazard a guess that Carlos isn't the sharpest knife in the kitchen drawer, even judging him by the not so high levels of intelligence/common sense shown by a lot of professional footballers.

Can't believe that foreign players' first UK clubs don't address this issue. The driving licence issue, I mean, not the stupidity! They should be given a mentor who can help with all sorts of financial and administrative things. Or is this the job of agents?
