And frisking all of the Uzbekistan players and staff as they enter the stadium for a warm-up game, and having police dogs all over their bags, obviously because they have -stan in their name!

I don't want to be on the bandwagon of slagging of the tournament hosts on the eve of a tournament which seems to be a thing now, but it's hard to take the country seriously.

If you go there you will find out that the vast majority have never travelled overseas or even left their own state. They know bugger all about the rest of the world. Most of them are very welcoming and polite though and it is a great country to visit, but they are definitely a bit weird.

I love visiting the country and like most places the overwhelming majority of people are great. But it's actually quite sad when you think there are large proportions of the population who would genuinely think the Uzbek team bus could be an actual terrorist threat.

That is despicable. How can FIFA maintain any semblance of integrity after this world cup? One of your best officials cannot officiate because the host nation denies entry into the country based on racist they fancy being. Just imagine if this was being held in say Africa instead with thr same situations, they'd have never been awarded it in the first place but they would definitely have had it taken off them at the first sign of this shit happening.

Infantino's head has to roll in the aftermath of this, it was somehow better when Blatter was at his most corrupt.
 
FIFA with Blatter and Platini were corrupt.

FIFA with Infantino are actually worse.

The World Cup goes to whoever that corrupt bugger wants it to after he has promised hand outs to all the minor nations to obtain their votes.

When countries like Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire have equal voting rights to England, Germany, France and Italy you are completely bollocked.

Gets his gifts from the likes of Qatar and Saudi Arabia and then he weaves his magic.

I will barely watch a handful of games in this World Cup as there are complete mis-matches and stupid kick-off times, not to mention the match going fans being ripped off.
