after city they are my team, i love the national game and can't wait for the world cup to begin, plus it makes the summer go quicker, i absolutly hate cricket.

Me too mate. I actually like the comments people put on here. One of my favourites is the 'England are full of rags like Rooney and Carrick so they can fuck off'. If you could look into the eyes of the posters who say that though, you would see that in actual fact they'll be cheering England just like we will be, and that the 'England are full of rags' comments are a facade to try and fit in with the genuine haters. Don't mind a bit of cricket providing it ain't dragged out like a trip to a 1950's dentist, but what depresses me is the time of year where, on Sky and in the papers, cricket shoulders its way to the front and we have to go searching for the footy news. It takes on the demeanour of a wake.
