There have been a fair few thread about Uniteds debt
They are always fun and light hearted affairs and one today about the interest they have to pay is a good example.
But heres a question for you (and after a few responses I will make a secondary point that might surprise you, ooh the mystery)
If Manchester United were on the brink of collapse and an Abu Dhabi Bank was given special dispensation to offer them a financial lifeline - considering the ownership issues etc etc would you want the Sheikh to save them?
You may immediately shout NO! but it is more subtle than that.
By saving them they have to pay interest the Sheikh of £100m a year so they fund US.
By saving them they can never again brag about anything.
But if we let the go out of business we lose a lot more dont we?
Anyway the question is would you vote
Save them?
Sink them?
