I thought we were quite lackluster in the first half, constantly giving the ball away, and a bit bullied, but I was also watching the F1 as well. We looked better second half until we made the subs, when I thought we were lucky not give away a daft goal.

Anyway all we can do is win, and we did comfortably enough.

Yeah, apart from Blindkilde Brown it went a bit flat. She seems to be the only one after Jess departed who thinks the oppo penalty area is to be attacked again and again. Too much farting about playing across the back again. I counted four consecutive passes that Alanna received which she delivered back to Keating. We invite teams to attack and those with an ounce of ambition will.

I thought as soon as Bunny powered in the second header GT would have her subbed before the hat trick came along.

Yeah, apart from Blindkilde Brown it went a bit flat.

I like the look of her football.

As for the others, I've never rated Kennedy, other than a helpful stand in, she rarely plays forward (mostly sideways or back), in contrast to Greenwood and Aleixaindri, and the youngsters obviously don't want to make mistakes at this stage of their careers, so fully understandable.

Nice to see us score 4 from 19 attempts though, and only 30 touches in the box, rather than some of the stupid stats we can often generate.

Just what we don't want to see, a Jill Roord potential injury.

I'm hoping that's only a slight injury that she's managing/playing with. She was clearly experiencing discomfort with it throughout the game as i saw her reaching for inside her thigh a couple of times throughout the game (and before all of the final subs were made). Her and the medical team must have have been aware of it but thought it was safe to carry on.
