Wtf!!

Hard to tell considering this type of image will be passed around loads but even the largest image I could find passed the ELA test. Might be real.
 
Could be a real picture but there's probably not a needle in it. The noise would still be enough to make a baby freak out. Not to mention the tattooer isn't wearing gloves! So unsanitary

My regular taxi driver has just had his 65th birthday and his grandkids are paying for him to have his first one.I asked him what he was getting and he gleamed and said "a fucking big red rose with the missus`s name going through it"
Ah well whatever turns him on.
