wondering if anybody as ever been to watch one of these wrestling shows live and if so what you thought of it,i went to the m.e.n arena last night to watch it(took my 7yr old lad) he is crazy about it,and what ive seen on tele i thought it was rubbish. But havin watched this show last night ive totally changed my opinion towards it,it lasted for nearly 4 hours of top quality entertainment and a few nice women as well

Watched it like mad from 7 years - 11 years and then watched it if it was on until i was 18 and had late late nights and got back into it, went to a few shows and it was all good fun.

You will get some idiots saying it's not real thinking they are funny and coll but it is an entertainment show and it's better than watching eastenders.

Saying that i haven't watched it since Wrestlemania in March.

i could`nt believe how many adults were there last night and i dont mean with there kids

Yeah you do get some saddos with the belts over their shoulders ect but it's only the same as us going to football.

Never been to a show, but was an avid fan during the attitude era, Austin, Rock, Mankind, Undertaker, Kane etc. Didn't mind WCW either, only watched it until RAW came on at 22.00! Then as you grow up you kind of grow out of it and the WWF to WWE thing ruined the company. The 'entertainment' became really shit, and matches were short and predictable. Plus, HHH is a knob!! I can't watch it now with the same enthusiasm (sad I know) as I had when I was 7-11.

watching it live is totally different. I've seen WWE three times and WCW twice, not been for about 5 years or so, i don't watch it so much, but it's great live.

I never really liked wrestling, but i was invited to go with my mate and his dad years ago (we were about 13 year old or something) and enjoyed it much more than I did on the tele.

Never watched it since though

Took my 12 year old daughter to the last Smackdown show ..... she knows the names of all the American wrestlers , drives me f*ckin' mad with you tube videos of em' too!

John Cena , the Undertaker (see photo) , Ray Mysterio , Jeff Hardy , Great Khali ...... she can name them all without even pausing to think about it!

The Show itself was as you'd expect , very noisy , packed , loads of tasty women around (includin' the wrestlers!) , and absolute chaos at times!

The merchandise on sale was also a major rip-off!

rip off is mildly put, cost £15 for a programme,£20 for a t-shirt and £5 for a poster but it kept the lad happy
