He’s only played one game this season as he’s been injured. Why would he be with the first team when he can get a full 90 vs Doncaster who are in the same division as Wycombe.

Why does that mean Delap won’t make it here?

Because the very second people hear some buzz about a youth player they have to be in the first team playing regularly every week at the expense of better players and to the detriment of the first team, potentially costing us trophies just because people can't show the slightest bit of patience and convince themselves every single youth player will leave if they aren't first choice at 17/18.

And then in 5 years time when most are playing in league 1/2 semi-regularly and its clear why they didn't ply for the first team, nothing is ever said about the cries for them to play for the champions at 17.

Why is there an EDS game on at the same fucking time as the 1st team, it isn't like the fixture list has just surprised everybody, could have cancelled the EDS game last week.

A perfect game to give Delap 1st team experience ffs.

EDIT I see it is the PFJT/EFL cup thing and not a normal EDS game, never mind then :(

There could very well be cause and effect between the examples in your two paragraphs.

Papa John's Trophy against Doncaster. EFL competition so I assume it's not as simple as postponing or cancelling a cup game against a league side.
