Were they racist accusations though?

The accusations were that Pep doesn’t like to have African players. Maybe it’s true in that he doesn’t like that you [used to, think the ACONs has changed to the Summer now hasn’t it?] lose African players during the season when the ACONs was on in the Winter every few years.
 
Absolute brilliant footballer for us, but not a fan of the bloke. Have always thought, if he could have kept his mouth shut he would have played out the remainder of his career at new york fc whilst being a ambassador for the club. The club knew he couldnt be trusted and rightly didnt give him that option
 
Yaya is admittedly a bit of a penis off the pitch. At least he wasn't one ON it though.

Agreed about Barry, loads of our fans were sad when the old boy went to West Brom. I don't remember much about him playing for you but he was in his prime then.

Drink driving at 100mph plus, accusations of the club not allowing him to grief for his dead brother and threatening to leave every summer to get a new contract are very conveniently forgotten I see.
 
No respect at all for him, complete scumbag who is only interested in himself. The comments about Pep were the tip of the iceberg. We’re clearly a better, more cohesive team without him and that’s because Pep only wants ‘good humans’.
