Sorry mate but your opinion in my opinion ain't worth shit if you actually believe Silva is overrated.
He has a valid point.
I idolize David, but he's right. On the big,big occasion he has almost always been found lacking.
You cannot say that about Zab(QPR), Vinnie(numerous), Kun(QPR and numerous) and Yaya.
Now I'd absolutely love nothing more than for David to do it on Sunday. Above all else it would seal his place with the greatest. I really, really hope he does.
David is still a City great. But I do feel Yaya gets criminally overlooked by a lot of our fans. Forget what happened off the pitch with agents etc, he dragged us to numerous trophies almost single handedly.

Legend status is not just for the pitch, it is also how you conduct yourself representing City and also how you are yourself.
Last season Silva was awesome with the family issues he faced. To say a few highlights in games trump such is wrong.
Without the likes of Silva, then Yaya would not have done what he has either

David Silva is a magician, but he disappears in big games. Bar a few assists at the 6-1, I can't remember a massive game where he's been outstanding. He's been consistent throughout the seasons he's been here and a lovely guy, but the most overrated player in recent City history in my opinion.
Hardly backtracking. David is a great lad, and how he handled last season and still performed to the level he did, I will never know. In terms of big games though, you can't argue the fact that others have been more prominent than him. There's worse players than David who have more assists and goals than him, from similar positions. Good player and even better guy, but a touch overhyped. Just my opinion.
Make sure you put you alarm on tonight some of the Silva’s followers proper take it personally if you dare mention anything remotely that David Silva is not are greatest player ever
These forums are for opinions, and I've no doubt seen both players live more than the majority of the people getting arsey, but they're entitled to their opinion. I won't hijack this thread any more, as it takes away the spotlight from Yaya.
