Yaya Toure

As much as I despised him, Toure wouldn't still be playing in a GPC team. He knew, in his prime, when to move players on. Toure can hardly be blamed for weak leadership at the club pandering to his and his agents every whim.

He will rightly go down as a club legend, who more than anyone on the pitch took the rags on and changed belief within the players.

I won't let pathetic, weak management sour those memories. When we had done nothing and really really needed something, he always stood up. It was a perfect match because the bloke obviously has a chip on his shoulder and he could play it out taking a team like City at the time and smashing the elite. Now he's done it, the motivation isn't there.

Yaya has covered more distance in the champions league than Thiago & Xabi Alonso and only slightly less than the much touted & lauded Pogba.

Whilst they've all played a similar amount of minutes
James Milner and Fabien Delph run about a lot too...

He's old and a huge mountain of a man. Whoever expects him to be running around like Fernandinho hasn't got a clue. Only just back from injury too. He's an easy target when there were worse performers out there last night. Saint De Bruyne was the worst player on the pitch, bad attitude as well.

He took up kevs position and ambled about, should have been hooked earlier and put kev where he is the most effective

I don't disagree, KDB was on fire and yet only played around 40mins in his best position in one of the biggest 190 minutes of football in our history, but Yaya is still an easy scapegoat.

Its sad to see his demise recently. He looks a shadow of the player he was a couple of years ago. Doubt we'll get much money for him especially after last nights performance. Some great and important goals but lets face it he's no longer a joy to watch. ( one would argue he's never been that)

Although I hate him...

Over the past 6 years or so, Tevez has been our best player by far.

Silva next.

Then Yaya or maybe Hart.

And this season - "I want a birthday cake" Toure can fuck off.
