I'd either sell him to China for a big sum or offer him nycfc.
Although if goes to China will almost certainly end up at Ac Milan, as it appears Chinese are just stockpiling talent for the imminent take over of Ac Milan.
 
All these pile of horse manure and hatred that is being stirred in the media at Yaya is just plain jealousy and vindictiveness.
Because the BIG man Yaya for the major part of our top reign in PL football has made pygmies out of Fergie and his little red devils. ;)

YaYa has been the player everyone non City talked about the one they would all take to their teams
If you've got rag mates and the discussion of Silva or Toure came up they always said YaYa all day
This is cos they don't watch every week, they see the highlight reel goals and runs he made on MOTD and he looked unstoppable
This is why he was seen as a superstar who was up their with best in the world and they ( the media ) hated the fact we had a player like that, so it's been a constant stream of he wants away, he doesn't care about City and now this shite in the mirror
His agent probably gets asked 100s of questions and gives 100 answer we never hear but when he slips up boom back page
Don't let these cunts stop you from remembering and appreciating what he has done for us and how good a player we got to see, he was fucking awesome

Yes don't let those idiots fooled you by reminding you of petty stuff like birthday cake when they want us to forget about how Yaya stuffed them at Wembley derbies etc.
 
For me, I think he knew his body was packing in towards the end of the 2013-14 season and he didn't want to come out and admit it so he made his agent come out with all that shit about the birthday cake and not feeling appreciated. He put himself through it, pushed himself hard, was superb and should have won POTS, but he knew he couldn't hack it at the top level or the top of the Prem any longer, it's too tough for his big lethargic body to deal with as he's aged into his early 30s but his pride got in the way. He'd rather look like a knob than have people think his ability is waining. That's a top sportsman for you.

He went about it in what many of us would think was a strange or shit way, but he wanted a move - was that his warning to us that his body was on its way down and we didn't cotton into? - and we blocked it!

Since then he's just gone backwards. But the manager still kept playing him. So they're just as bad as each other.

Yaya Toure has been put himself in the top 5 players that have ever played for us though, maybe top 3, maybe top 1. He was that good between 2010-2014. Four amazing seasons from him and I will always love the man for them!
 
Legend/not legend. Best player/not best player. None of that matters. All that matters right now is how he performs on the pitch and to say it's not good enough is an understatement. The way he just jogs around, putting in no effort to win the ball or even put pressure on the opposition is a fucking joke. He is on silly wages of over £200k a week and for that sort of pay the least we could ask for is a bit of effort. Then we get the weekly circus of shit him and his agent say. No doubt he has helped bring the club up to the level we are now at but that does not give him a free pass. Thanks for everything but it's time to go.

Take your point about his brother. I've cheered some great performances from Yaya, but in my opinion they have been few and far between this season. He was an awesome player, no doubt. However I would have loved to see him lead by example, maximum effort as the captain for the bulk of the game in Madrid. Just didn't really happen. This is just an example of why, in my humble opinion I will remember him as truly talented, but not always demonstrated to maximum effect. Your opinion may well differ, but hey that's football. Just hope that if Sunday turns out to be his last game at the Ethiad, he plays a blinder. And I will be there to cheer him on.
